The Kindy 500

This year the kindergarten program was different for us the for the last too. Instead of the zoo program that Derrick and Sadie did, we had the Kindy 500. Taelyn got to make her car and then we went to the school for a 20 min. program. The program was 4 patriotic songs then we watched them walk around the school twice as they did their car parade. Taelyn chose a pink monster truck. She had a speaking part in the program. She said " Push your pedals to the floor and hurry over to see Mount Rushmore" She did so great. You could understand what she said and everything. After the car parade the parents left and the kids went around to different stations and learned about some of the states and landmarks. She had a great time. She has some pictures of two of her friends Eliza and Kambrie. (April 2nd)
