Happy Birthday Taelyn

May 29.2010.

We had a really busy weekend what with school ending, dance recitals, birthday and the race. So we had Taelyn's birthday over two days. After the dress rehearsal we went bowling. Both Oakley and Taelyn got strikes!! Oakley got really excited about his and was dancing all over the place that he got in the way of the family next to us. We had a fun game and dinner. Then we hurried home to get make-up and costumes for the recital. We watched the recital and the girls did really well. Todd was able to make it down to watch as well. After the recital we went out for ice cream, well we took it home with us and saved the ice cream for the next day so we could all have cake. We did cake and presents. It was about 9:15 so some of us were having a hard time understanding who was having the birthday. On Saturday Taelyn, Sadie, Oakley and I went to the mall. We got Taelyn's ears pierced and saw the movie "How to train your dragon." We had a good time. She did really well with getting her ears done, until we got home and had to clean them before bed. She was really to take them out and not have earrings anymore. But she was tough and was able to keep them in :) !!!
