Kindergarten Graduation

Taelyn had her Kindergarten Graduation on May 21. 2010. She was really excited. She had her outfit and what we were going to do with her hair for about a week. When the day finally arrived she could hardly wait to get to school. All the kindergartners walked in and took their places. She was all smiles!! They sang some songs. Some were the same ones we heard for both Derrick and Sadie, but some were new. The program was nice. When they finished and I went up to get her, that's when the tears started flowing. It suddenly hit her that she was leaving her teacher Miss. Mellor, and that was more than she could take. She stopped crying long enough to get a picture with Miss. Mellor and her friends. But she spent most of the afternoon crying. A few days later she asked how much longer it would be until she started first grade. All is good!!
