Taelyn Learns to Ride a bike

Taelyn was scared to take her training wheels off her bike. We would be an a bike ride and have to remember to bring a wrench with us so we could tighten her training wheels. Even the bike didn't want them on anymore. We tried once or twice taking them off, but they would always end up back on. One afternoon Sadie and Taelyn went to play with the Ivie girls. They bikes with them. Taelyn came home fed up with the training wheels always coming loose. I said maybe it's time to just learn to ride with out them. Motivated by frustration and armed with a will sister she set out to conquer the bike. . . . Well let's just say you know your child is more than ready for something when it took her 3 days to learn to ride her bike without training wheels. The first day was a little bumpy, the second day she was riding in one direction and on the third day she was riding as if she had been doing it all her life. Way to go Taelyn!!! :)
