The Hike to the "Y"

We took the kids and hiked up to the "Y" on the mountain. It was not easy for them and we had to stop at every switch back but slowly and steady we headed up the mountain. We had a great time. Oakley did really well in the backpack. He was really ready to get out when we were done. I carried Oakley because Matt's back is still healing. The kids really enjoyed the view from the top. Taelyn had to learn how to go to the bathroom in the wild. She had to go like 3 times on the way up. It was hot. We had a lot of people say how impressed they were that those 3 (Derrick, Sadie and Taelyn) made it all the way up and back. Now every time we dive into Provo, instead of saying "there's the 'Y"' they say "remember when we went up there.
